Laser Positioning

LOCOSC load cells are manufactured through 47 precision production procedures, with rigorous craftsmanship delivering long-term stable weighing performance. To secure long-term operational stability, we adopt a 3-stage stepwise high-temperature curing process for strain gauges, consisting of three phases of constant-temperature baking with a total duration of 20 hours. This process thoroughly eliminates internal stress inside the adhesive layer, constituting one of the coreprocesses to guarantee reliable load cell performance.

Meanwhile, to accommodate diverse complex working conditions, Locosc implements a complete set of circuit compensation procedures: zero balance compensation, zero temperature compensation, modulus compensation, linearity compensation, sensitivity compensation and input resistance compensation. These six compensation procedures take approximately 15 hours in total. They comprehensively offset measurement errors induced by load and temperature fluctuations, ensuring the sensors continuously deliver accurate and reliable weighing data amid variable environments.

A: If we dont have it in stock, the MOQ is 10 pcs. If we have it in stock, we can ship you even 1pc as sample.

A: If we have it in stock, we can ship it to you within about 3-5 working days. If we dont have it in stock, the lead time will be 20~45 days.

A: Quality guarantee: 12 months. If the product has quality problem within 12 months, we will repair it; if we cant repair it successfully, we will give you a new one; but the man made damage, improper operation and force majeure will be excepted.
