1: Do you have stock?
Most of products are under regular production, we can make delivery immediately if we specific one in stock. Some new design products need time to prepare and test in first time, after that in next order production it will faster or in stock.
2: Can you do OEM or have customer logo/company name to be printed on products and packages?
Yes, We can do OEM for customer. For example, we can design the indicator keypad with customer's logo, also can print logo on the package carton.
3: Can you send samples?
Yes, we can send samples for customer to check the quality.
4: Is the sample free or not?
The samples need sample fee and may be higher than normal unit price. But sometimes we can return the sample fee after placing the big order.
5: How much the freight fee of samples?
The freight fee depends on the weight and packing size and destination from our factory to your location. We will check with each express company first, then work out the cheaper and best way to ship the samples.
6: How long can we expect to get the sample?
The samples will be ready for delivery in 20-45 days. The samples will be sent via international express such as DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX and would be arrived within 3-7 days.
