LP7134 canister load cell is designed and constructed to provide reliable and precise weight measurements. This load cell can be used for a broad array of weighing applications in industrial settings. LP7134 is constructed with alloy steel or stainless steel, and it is available in 10t, 20t, 30t, 40t, 50t, and 60t capacities. It is rated IP68 and it can, therefore, withstand dusty environments and immersion in water. In addition, this load cell has a welded seal. It is approved by CE, OIML, NTEP, RoHS, and Measurement Ukraine. Moreover, it is interchangeable with Keli ZSFY, HBM C16, Zemic HM14H and Vishay Revere Transducers ASC.

1. How do I connect a 6 wire load cell to a 4 wire connector?
When connecting a 6-wire load cell to a 4-wire connector, the signal wires should be connected in the same place as the excitation wires. The Sig+ wire should be installed together with the Exc+ wire into the Exc+ connection. The Sig- wire should be installed together with the Exc- wire into the Exc- connection.

2. Will changing the length of the cable affect the output sensitivity of a load cell?
Yes, it will. However, there is a difference between load cells with 4-wire and 6-wire connection. 6-wire load cells will still conform the calibration certificate which is delivered with it when they are connected as 6-wire load cells. The 4-wire load cells might have different values from the calibration certificate. When the cutting of the cable is necessary or can't be avoided, please make sure to cut all cables to equal length.

3. How do I know what the accuracy of my load cell is?
The accuracy of the load cells is stated on the data sheet which can be found on our website. 

4. Would it be possible to design a custom made load cell for me?
Yes, we can make a customized load cell for your application. Please keep in mind that a minimum order quantity might be required.
